No refund policy- Refunds are only reimbursed if the lessons aren’t able to go ahead due to pool closure or instructor swim school personal circumstances, even in this case rather than refunding, a new lesson date would be offered to cover costs.

Once booked into little fins swim school you will Be auto enrolled term to term unless you notify your swim school you are finishing lessons with us. Please notify if stopping 1 week prior to a new term starting ideally.

If the swim term has already started then you are still booked in you owe for that term. In booking a swim space you are fully committed to that term and applicable for all costs no cancellation refunds will be issued due to pool hire costs. Term/blocks cannot be rolled on due to pool hire overhead also.

Swim nappy swimwear policy- Babies infants children who are not yet toilet trained must follow the double protection policy - this means a swim nappy which must also be secured by a secure swimpant swim suite on top of the swim nappy.
